Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 13, 2026  ·  Operated by The Learning Underground, Inc. (California)

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Math Leap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Math Leap. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Learning Underground, Inc., a California corporation.

2. Who May Use Math Leap

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent or guardian account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

Student accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians. Students do not agree to these Terms independently — the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on behalf of themselves and any students under their account.

3. Description of Service

Math Leap provides:

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mathleap.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4.3 One Account Per Family

Parent accounts are for individual family use. You may not share your account with other families or use a single account to provide access to unrelated parties.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

Free accounts include access to one student account, up to 10 practice sessions, and four core math topics (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division).

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Subscriber accounts include up to five student accounts, unlimited practice sessions, and access to all available math topics. Subscription pricing is displayed at mathleap.app/portal/upgrade.php and is subject to change with notice.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize The Learning Underground, Inc. to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support@mathleap.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription. Before subscribing, we encourage you to make full use of the free tier — which includes 10 complete practice sessions — to evaluate whether Math Leap is right for your family.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice by email. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual Property

Upon termination, your right to use Math Leap ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Math Leap will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
